Help Hotshot Fernando Allende Battling Cancer

Angeles N.F. firefighter Fernando Allende has been diagnosed with cancer, and a GoFundMe campaign has been set up to support his journey during this challenging time.

Hotshots are a type of wildland firefighter who are highly trained to combat wildfires in rugged terrain. They often work in remote areas, facing dangerous conditions to protect lives and property. Fernando Allende is one such dedicated Hotshot firefighter, out of the Texas Canyon Fire Station in Santa Clarita. (More on that here).
