Landmark 717 is proud to facilitate the relay/streaming of a truly impressive scanner feed run by longtime forest volunteer Chris Buchanan. The system features several receiving sites around the Angeles National Forest, which all send what they 'hear' to a central machine that picks the clearest one - every transmission. (Referred to as a Voting System)

Chris was nice enough to extend a live, low-latency feed to us via private network, which we feed to our platform for recording/segmentation, transcribing, analysis by AI, and relaying to Broadcastify.
